I'm very thrilled because today I was able to harvest almost a full pound of Sheep Sorrel and about 6 oz. of Dandelion Root from my garden! When most would toss these away when pulling "weeds" from their beans, squash and tomatos, I harvest them like any other edible plant from the garden.
